Meet the members of the Dappled Darlings Collective in this six-part Instagram Lives series hosted by Erika Page, Founder and CEO of Living Dappled. Originally from Mexico, Rita Adams was diagnosed with vitiligo at the age of 19. For her, living with vitiligo is about ‘faking it til you make it’ by investing and focusing on other areas of her life that bring her joy. Today she is an avid beauty vlogger who creates content for YouTube, Instagram and TikTok and lives in Texas with her husband and rescue dogs and cats.

This free educational seminar offers participants the chance to learn more about Opzelura, the first FDA-approved medication option for nonsegmental vitiligo. The session will include tips for communicating with healthcare providers and tracking treatment, as well as a Q + A with a dermatology specialist. Additionally, participants have the opportunity to connect with others living with vitiligo during breakout sessions.

The annual Autoimmune Community Summit is a free, virtual event for anyone affected by autoimmune disease (including vitiligo) to share information, be inspired, and create new connections. The summit is open to patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals and anyone curious about autoimmune disease. During the event attendees can learn, connect, share their stories, and build a supportive and encouraging network.
